Samsung has finally decided to launch this fourth generation Galaxy S mobile in India so its now officially available in the country. Its a high end device for sure with a price tag of over 25k, so its not one of the low price models from the company. Coming to the built of this device, its definitely one of the good looking mobile phones in the market, made of hard plastic and metal lining on the edges separating main display screen with the qwerty keypad. It has a very beautiful super AMOLED display which is very vibrant with colors and its really bright, looks great over all, it has a pixel resolution of 480×800 pixels with gorilla glass over the top you do not have to worry about it getting scratched easily with regular usage, its a capacitive touch screen, supports accelerometer and touch screen is really responsive thanks to its 1GHz humming bird processor which made it possible. The controls on the device is LED backlit so you can easily work with the mobile in the dark without much problem and full qwerty physical keypad looks really nice as well with backlit keys. It has a 5MP camera which takes great quality pictures thanks to the decent sensors of the camera and can record videos as well, camera has additional features like auto focus, smile and face detection, geo tagging and supported by LED flash. From the multi media side this mobile plays mp3 and mp4 file formats and videos look stunning on the 4 inch display, does have audio recording, youtube player, image and video editor. Connectivity side this mobile supports all the connectivity options like 3G, wifi, bluetooth, GPRS, GPS, EDGE, micro USB and HTML browsing as well. It comes with a 16GB memory card included with the device and you can expand the memory of this device up to 32GB with microSD/SDHC memory card. Comes with 1650 mAh Li-Ion Standard Battery and weighs around 118g.
