Archos 7 Internet Tablet is perhaps one of the best built android tablet out there in the market at present. The body is well built with brushed metal all over and its just 10 mm thick making look really slim from other tablets. Archos has decided to release this tablet on different versions with different screen size the video which you can find below is a 7 inch version. This device weighs less and its really easy to hold on to, also it comes with a side stand which can be used to place this device over your table or any flat surface while you are watching any videos, listening to music. Screen resolution is little lower than latest samsung tab but the display is very good and it can stream 1080p videos on a HDTV thanks to its 1 ghz processor. Doesn’t feature a camera but who really needs a camera with a tablet? but you still get a 0.3 megapixel webcam for video chatting that should ease you a bit if you are someone who really need a cam on your tablet.

Runs on Android version 2.2 which is the latest version available and has fastest running Google chrome browser with support for Flash. This device features multi touch which gives a very pleasing experience while browsing and viewing photos, also touch screen is very sensitive. Couple of limiting factors about this tablet is the lack of GPS and 3G support which is one of the primary requirements to browse through android app store, but not to worry as it features apps portable which has over 5000 apps to choose from. There is an inbuilt flash memory of about 8GB and you can increase it via microSD card slot which you can find in this device. Also archos planned to release a 250GB hard drive version and we don’t know how it will exactly look like. This tablet is to be released in UK for the price just starting from 250 pounds. That’s a very interesting price for a very well built tablet like this one.

Archos 7 Internet Tablet is not yet released in India, prices start at 250 pounds in UK and expected price in India is around 18,000 to 20,000 Indian Rupees.
